Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Dunbar Education is proud to be working with a fantastic school in Milton Keynes, seeking a passionate and skilled TA to support pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Assisting the class teacher in adapting and delivering engaging learning activities
Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs
A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for inclusive education
SEN-specific training or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
