Dunbar Education is excited to partner with a leading SEN school in Milton Keynes to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic PSHE Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and guide secondary school students with special educational needs, helping them develop essential life skills and emotional well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.



The Role

As a PSHE Teacher in this SEN provision, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and relevant PSHE lessons tailored to the diverse needs of secondary SEN students.
  • Equip students with personal, social, and health education that supports their growth as confident, independent individuals.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning space where students can thrive academically and personally.
  • Use effective strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, ensuring a positive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to create a holistic support network for each student.


What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • QTS Preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • A passion for teaching PSHE and supporting students' personal and emotional development.
  • Confidence and resilience in managing challenging behaviours.
  • A commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people.
