SEN Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and resilient SEN Teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH) and other special education needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavioural Support: Providing strategies and interventions to support students’ behaviour for learning whether individually or as a class.
  • Curriculum Adaptations: Modifying the curriculum to meet the specific needs of pupils.
  • Educational Development: Continuously enhancing expertise in teaching methods whilst incorporating engaging and creative approaches to teaching, considering diverse learning styles.
  • Subject Delivery: Teaching a range of subjects as part of the curriculum.

Candidate Profile:

  • Teaching Proficiency: You possess up-to-date knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies whilst understanding different learning styles.
  • Experience with SEND and SEMH Students: Experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
