Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners with autism and complex needs? Do you have experience supporting children with challenging behaviours and SEMH?

We are an SEN School in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing exceptional education for children with autism, SEMH, and complex needs. We are looking for a committed and experienced Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to learners with autism and challenging behaviours.
  • Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and the Senior Leadership Team to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Implement individualized learning plans to ensure each student reaches their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with learners with autism and complex needs.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students with challenging behaviours.
