We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming team at a school in Milton Keynes. As a SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students with a variety of special educational needs, providing personalized support in both individual and group settings. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures each student's academic, social, and emotional growth.

• Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that address the needs of students with SEN.
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles and requirements.
• Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, the SENCO, and other team members to monitor and support student progress.
• Track and assess student progress, offering feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

• A teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with experience in SEN or a willingness to develop your expertise.
• A strong understanding of special educational needs and differentiation techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience in working with students.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with students and their families.
