Job Description:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored intervention plans, support clients, and provide education to families and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and clients' homes.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
Work closely with other professionals, including teachers, occupational therapists, and psychologists.
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and interventions.

Qualifications:
Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
