We’re Hiring: Speech and Language Therapist – Join an Award-Winning Team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our innovative, supportive team. You will play a key role in helping our residents regain their communication skills and improve their quality of life.

Working closely within a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with a range of neurological conditions such as acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, and degenerative neurological disorders. Your focus will include supporting social communication, cognition, behaviour, and managing dysphagia.

Your role will include:

  • Assessing and evaluating speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Developing tailored treatment plans to support communication and swallowing needs
  • Monitoring and managing dysphagia, working closely with dieticians and catering teams
  • Using specialist aids and communication systems to support individual goals
  • Collaborating with Consultants, Neuropsychologists, Neuropsychiatrists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Technicians, and Engagement Coordinators
  • Ensuring residents are engaged, motivated, and progressing positively
