We're looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong organisational skills to join our well-known global client as an Order Management Analyst. If you've worked with SAP and have a keen eye for analysing orders, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

Role:

  • Inventory checks
  • Order confirmation
  • Ensure pricing is set up for promotions and changing seasons
  • Order to Cash management for multiple delivery channels
  • Receipt and processing of standard and sample orders (including EDI)
  • Invoice queries management with Accounts Receivable
  • Manage customer queries and investigative any issues accordingly
  • Goods outbound and goods shipped
  • Report changes to delivery status, rejections, change in lead times and quantity changes
  • Manage customer credits
  • Ensure the correct amount of stock is held in the warehouse's
  • Support the Head of Management UK with reporting
  • Liaise directly with the warehouse to coordinate all repacks, labelling and special deliveries
  • General administration duties
  • Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate special deliveries
  • On board new customers
  • Deliver highest level of customer service to both internal and external contacts
  • Product shipping documents

You must:

  • Have used SAP,D365 or equivalent
  • Excellent excel knowledge using Pivot Table and V Lookups
  • Able to work well within a global team.
  • Order management experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a possible attitude
  • Customer service
  • Be able to work in a pressured environment
