A well known social housing provider are looking for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join their team working on contracts across the Milton Keynes/South area. This role will be focusing on responsive and cyclical repairs across tenanted and void properties.

This client are a well known social housing provider who focus predominantly on the accessible housing / extra care / residential housing across the UK and have provide excellent customer service to their tenants and stakeholders across the country and across different regions.

Description

This role will involve mainly diagnosing maintenance requirements across planned/reactive/cyclical maintenance works within both void and tenanted properties. You will liaise with the relevant teams for the work to be carried out, maintaining high levels of H&S and working alongside experienced contracts management to ensure the work is completed to time and budget.

Profile

Ideally you will have experience working within a similar role, working on a wide range of properties at any one time. This role will have extensive travel across the region so it would be hugely beneficial if you are already used to travelling within your role. Knowledge of health & safety legislation as well as procurement/construction practices would be a huge advantage.
