The Opportunity:

As the company experiences significant growth, they are seeking a self-starting, proactive individual with administration experience and an interest in procurement to join their team as a Procurement Administrator, providing essential support to the direct project buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track the order book, ensuring timely updates and progress.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to secure direct materials and ensure prompt delivery.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in various administrative tasks within the procurement team.
- Support direct buyers in the procurement process, including order chasing and following up on outstanding materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
Working Practices:
- Location: Office-based in Wolverton, with the possibility to work hybrid following the probation period.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard core hours.
Candidate Essentials:
- Previous administration experience (Essential)
- Basic Excel and Outlook knowledge (Essential)
- Previous stakeholder management experience (Essential)
- Self-starting and proactive, eager to learn and grow (Essential)
- Experience in order book chasing (Desirable)
- SAP experience (Desirable)
