Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Manager in Milton Keynes to oversee the service and maintenance delivery of fire and security systems, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Project Delivery team.
  • Serve as the key liaison between engineers, clients, and the office, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
  • Manage the delivery of service and maintenance, ensuring it meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
  • Review and approve new project deliverables.
  • Conduct site and activity management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee team performance and conduct performance reviews to drive development and success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical and/or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of the fire and security industry, including products and applications.
  • Experience working on tools in the industry.
  • Management qualifications are essential.
  • Health and Safety qualifications (SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH) are required.
  • First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake).
  • NSI audit training or knowledge of applicable industry standards for fire and security systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
