Your new roleThe Head of Service Integration & Management (SIAM) will oversee the coordination and integration of multiple IT service providers to ensure the seamless delivery of services that meet the needs of the organisation. This role is critical for enhancing service quality, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The successful candidate will lead a team of leads and work closely with various stakeholders to establish a cohesive service management framework that aligns with organisational goals. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the SIAM strategy, aligning it with organisational goals and fostering a culture of service quality and innovation.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the SIAM team, promoting professional development and a collaborative environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery and manage escalations and strategic discussions.
  • Service Integration and Delivery: Oversee the integration of services from multiple providers, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining up-to-date service catalogues.
  • Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Define and track KPIs and SLAs, lead performance reviews, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and update risk management plans.
  • Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the SIAM budget, optimise spending, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Technology & Process Innovation: Implement tools and technologies to support SIAM processes, stay current with industry trends, and drive process automation and service delivery efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in IT service management, with a proven track record in leadership roles overseeing multiple service providers.
  • Deep understanding of Service Integration and Management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, along with experience using leading ITSM toolsets.
  • Demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience of managing budgets and conducting financial analysis.
