This role offers a dynamic opportunity to enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy within our service and technical teams, driving success across the business.  Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement repair and support strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize service operations and resource planning. - Oversee seamless BAU installations, spare parts management, and technical support alignment. - Monitor engineer performance, analyse call rates, and implement continuous improvements. - Enhance KPI reporting for workshop and customer support efficiency, delivering insightful weekly reports, and ensuring all SLAs are met. - Drive scheduling efficiency, structured engineer development programs, and workforce planning. - Supervise SAP rollout, enhance system integration, and drive ongoing process improvements. - Manage and inspire the Installation Team, Repair Centre, and Customer Service Team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.  Requirements:- Professional Industry Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the digital technology, security, or related industries. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of service operations, repair processes, and technical support frameworks. - SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP systems, including rollout, integration, and optimization. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analysing data to drive operational improvements and strategic decisions. - Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. - KPI Management: Experience in developing, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence. - Customer-Centric Mindset: A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting SLAs. - Process Improvement: A track record of implementing process enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency.   This is a great chance to be part of an industry-leading team, shaping the future of digital technology and security.  Apply now and discover more about this exciting opportunity!
