SOC Incident Manager

Milton Keynes + Hybrid working (3/2)

Circa £40k - £45k pa + 2 x company bonuses pa + benefits.

My client are seeking a talented SOC (Security Operations Centre) Incident Manager, who will become part of a diverse small Service Desk team within a leading internationally advanced technology solution provider, working with varied customers in a diverse number of sectors.

The role is to provide Incident Management of SOC tickets, ensuring tickets are logged/assigned/updated and progressed in accordance with the contractual SLA

Required skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within a similar organisation and in a Service Desk or Operations based role
  • Ability to work constructively with team members
  • Excellent record management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent O365 skills.
  • Client management skills.
  • Third party knowledge and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of 1st line managed services support.
  • Report and analytical knowledge for client management support
