We are supporting a company based in Milton Keynes with recruiting for a part time Receptionist. Hours are Monday to Friday and can be either working 1pm-5:30 or 1:30-5:30pm. This is a permanent opportunity to start in November 2024 and will be paying a salary of 27k pro rata.
Duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner providing a warm and professional switchboard service
- Assisting with ordering equipment and stationery when required
- Supporting with other ad hoc administration duties
Ideally you will have previous experience as a receptionist, but this is not essential. If you have previous admin skills within an office, then we would love to discuss further.
