Do you thrive on challenges and take pride in your work?We're recruiting Wet Room fitters for our client, a company specialising in social housing refurbishments, maintenance, and new build developments.These works will be reactive and be around the Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Buclkimghamshire areas with occasional, infrequent works taking place further afield.Job Description:As a Wet Room Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wet rooms in residential and commercial properties. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to safety regulations and company guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Install wet rooms according to specifications and client requirements. Ensure waterproofing and tiling are done to a high standard. Fit and install bathroom fixtures including showers, sinks, and toilets. Perform maintenance and repair work as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all health and safety regulations.Requirements: Proven experience as a Wet Room Fitter or similar role. Excellent knowledge of wet room installation processes and techniques. Proficiency in tiling, plumbing, and waterproofing. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Plumbing or a related field. Certification in waterproofing or tiling. Experience with underfloor heating installation / Cap and CoveWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunities for professional growth and development. A supportive and collaborative team environment. The chance to work on diverse and exciting projects.Person Specification• Full Driving licence (clean)• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.Benefits: -£38k (permanent position)Hours 8am-5pm (overtime available – evenings and weekend)Van, Fuel Card, mobile, PPE (will need own tools)Performance Related bonus scheme – Earn up to an extra £5,200 per annumDo you like the sound of this role?
