Supply Desk is excited to partner with a fantastic primary school in Milton Keynes, seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 teacher to join their vibrant and supportive team. • Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
• Set clear teaching objectives and ensure they are effectively communicated to students.
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that enables all pupils to thrive.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Have recent experience teaching in primary schools, ideally within KS1.
• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (applications from unqualified teachers are welcome).
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
• Be an enthusiastic and committed team player, ready to contribute to the wider school community.
• Show adaptability and confidence in diverse teaching environments.
