We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join a stunning and multi award winning country house hotel based near Milton Keynes.
You will contribute to the growth of the rooms segment within the hotels budget, maximising occupancy and revenue through effective coordination of all incoming bedroom and spa reservations delivered through all booking channels.
Completing daily arrival and reservations check reports, ensuring the accuracy of all bookings, ensure all routing is correct, all advance purchase bookings payments have been made and all booking notes are correct,

What do you need to qualify for this role?
- 1 year’s reservations experience in the hospitality market
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
