Our client, a private members club dedicated to luxury travel, looking to expand their team of Travel Consultants. Work directly with the owner to maintain high standards by creating and converting bespoke itineraries for clients seeking luxury adventures. This role offers the opportunity to work under the mentorship of the company founder and requires a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with the owner and his team to design travel concepts and itineraries that align with the company’s values and branding.
  • Research and inspect new travel destinations and trends to ensure the relevance and exclusivity of the travel packages.
  • Develop and implement PR and Marketing strategies targeted at key clients.
  • Attend FAM trips and trade shows to establish and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Utilize marketing skills to write compelling copy for travel documents, client itineraries, emails, and newsletters.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, sales, or travel
  • Training in GDS Sabre/Amadeus is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and InDesign.
  • A genuine passion for travel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and under direction.
