About the Role:

As an HGV Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and servicing of a wide variety of HGV trailers. Our clients are looking for someone who ismechanically mindedwith a real passion tolearna role which offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Our client is a well-established leader in the commercial vehicle sector, specialising in the sale, maintenance, and repair of HGV trailers. Known for their commitment to quality and service, they have built a reputation for delivering tailored solutions to their customers. With a supportive team culture, youll have the tools and environment to thrive.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Key Duties:

  • Perform major and minor repairs on a range of specialist trailers and HGVs.

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance services.

  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose and repair vehicle issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed.

  • Manage workshop inventory and ensure a clean, safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working on HGV trailers or within a previous Mechanical role

  • Experience within Welding

  • A previous role within the Automotive industry

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
