We have a great opportunity for an experienced Goods In/Out Warehouse Operative based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team

Summary of theGoods In/Out Warehouse Operative role

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Milton KeynesType of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities of theGoods In/Out Warehouse Operative

  • Manage the receipt of goods, verifying against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Report and document any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Unload and transport stock.
  • Pick, pack and prepare orders.
  • Load delivery vehicles.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.

Requirements for a successful Goods In/Out Warehouse Operative

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy goods.
  • Experience operating Reach or Counterbalance forklifts previously.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills with experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Detail orientated.
