Insight Employment are a Part-TimeWarehouse Operative for a client of ours in Bletchley.

We are now looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join their dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

The Role: -

As a Warehouse Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse and the efficient handling of our products.

Primary Duties: -

Receiving, checking, and accurately storing incoming goods.
Picking and packing orders with precision and attention to detail.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Operating warehouse machinery and equipment (training provided if necessary).
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting.
Collaborating with the team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Attributes Required: -

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus but not required.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (mostly under 5kg but can be heavier).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as required.
A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
Basic computer skills (training provided if necessary).

Shift/Hours: -

Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00 & two Saturdays per month - 08:00-13:00

Rates: -

Between £11.50-£13.00 per hour depending on experience
