We’re seeking motivated and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced environment in Milton Keynes. This role involves working in a chilled setting with a high level of physical activity, so candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting and the demands of a busy warehouse.

Position: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Bletchley, Milton KeynesWorking Hours: Day shift and Night shift available.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely handle heavy items during unloading and restocking.
• Inventory Management: Support the team with stock organisation.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience Required for Warehouse Operative:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
