Our well-established Diebold Nixdorf Repair Centre in Milton Keynes provides repair services and delivers technical expertise to our customers. Our friendly and supportive team are growing, where we have opportunities for skilled Repair Technicians. We will provide full training and development, where you will become experienced in repairing and testing EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) and Printer Hardware. With us, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your technical skills and grow your career within our team.

Responsibilities
  • Identifies, isolates and corrects malfunctions on assigned products through the practical application of acquired technologies and skills.
  • Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned products in conjunction with repair and refurbishment activities.
  • Reports recurring quality problems to appropriate individuals or groups.
  • Enhances working knowledge of product range and associated test diagnostics and procedures.
  • Work as a team to maintain Health and Safety across the Workshop.
  • Ensure workshop activities are carried out in timelines set out by the business and carried out following correct procedures and high standards.
Qualifications
  • Have have IT or/and Technical Hardware knowledge or a keen interest in this.
  • Knowledge of how to diagnose and resolve hardware equipment failure.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and good time management skills.
  • Keen to learn and investigate new processes and procedures to develop efficient working practices.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the working area is essential.
