Background –
Menlo Park are working with a very highly regarded and long standing GP surgery, looking to add a Lead Practice Nurse for 30 hours per week to lead the nursing team. The practice requires someone with a strong Practice Nurse background, either as a Nurse Manager already or someone ready to take that next step, ideally with experience managing a small team. There would be a mixture of clinical workload and management, representing the nursing team in meetings etc. This is a superb opportunity to join a very well-established and respected team that is very supportive regarding the progression and development of all staff members.
Salary – £48,000 - £51,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity

Your role –
- Need experience as a Practice Nurse as well as ideally having experience managing a small team
- 30 hours per week – ideally over 5 days.

- Be experienced with the routine practice nurse duties and experience with
- Lead the nursing team and represent the team in meetings, etc.
- Work closely with managers and partners to ensure delivery of high quality care
- No home visits.
