- Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
- Maintain a patient focus as well as being the first point of contact for patients and prescribers of Home Oxygen Services.
- Assessment and Review services in the event of difficulties or complaints.
- Support the service through delivery of training, ongoing service user clinical support and maintenance of patient focused care.
- Under direct supervision: conduct and interpret results from basic monitoring tests including blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, blood gases, heart rate and breathing rate
- 6 Months Experience as a Healthcare worker or Support Worker
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience in respiratory care preferred but not essential
- Training and educational skills
- The ability to analyse issues and problem solve
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Must be a team player but able to work on own initiative, be innovative and resourceful
- Evidence of continual professional development and training
