Menlo Park are working with a forward thinking and growing GP surgery, looking for a Practice Nurse for up to 30 hours per week. This is a superb opportunity for someone experienced with routine Practice Nurse duties, as well as experience with Chronic Disease Management. There are no home visits and no extended hours and the practice is very supportive with regards to career progression and development. Primary Care experience is essential and at least one Diploma in an area of CDM.
Salary – £35,000 - £47,800 per annum DOE FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Employee Assistance Program
Location – Minehead
The surgery -
- Long standing GP practice that is very supportive with career progression and development.
- Looking for up to 30 hours per week.
- Be part of a well established, close-knit MDT.
- Well-established in the community
- Single site practice
- SystmOne computer system
Your role –
- Essential experience as a Practice Nurse comfortable with all routine Practice Nurse responsibilities and Chronic Disease Management (including at least 1 Diploma)
- Hours between 8:30am-6pm.
- Benefit from a very supportive team around you.
- No home visits or extended hours.
