- Offering clear and accessible advice on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and general pharmaceutical queries
- Assisting with prescribing, medicines optimization, and high-risk drug management audits across primary care sites
- Using critical thinking and effective communication skills to assess and address patient needs
- Prescribing urgent prescriptions and ensuring accurate re-prescribing using summary care record information
- Identifying and addressing clinical risks in line with professional responsibilities
- Keeping clear, accurate, and timely records of all consultations and advice given
- Actively engaging with colleagues to deliver outstanding service
