As a Pub Operator, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the pub. Your leadership will ensure that we deliver excellent customer service, maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, and create a friendly and engaging environment for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; foster a positive team environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Marketing & Events: Plan and promote events, sports screenings, and special offers to attract customers and enhance community engagement.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyse financial performance, implement strategies for cost control, and maximize profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, seek feedback, and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pub or restaurant management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
