Evolve are recruiting for a leading medical group who are seeking a General Practitioner to join their team. You’ll be tasked with a range of duties to delivery a high level of care to all patients.
This is a permanent position with full/part time hours available and is based in a coastal town in Somerset.

Ideal Requirements for the GP
- Registered with the GMC and on the GP Speciality register
- Experienced GP with a background in either primary or urgent care.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
Role Responsibilities for GP
- A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments.
- Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required.
- Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician.
- Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients.
