About the Role:
As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of education during staff absences. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support students in achieving their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects.

Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.

Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.

Provide feedback on student progress to relevant staff members.

Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching in a primary school setting, desirable.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and lesson plans.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
