Activus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent position with a house building company in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire.
The salary for the role is negotiable.
Candidates should preferably hold a degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Degree qualified preferrable
Minimum 3 years experience
Previous experience in housebuilding desirable
Competent is using excel and cost reporting software
Have sound construction knowledge and an analytical mind
