Revit Draughtsperson- Modular Build

Salary:30,000 - 45,000

Position:Full Time / Permanent

Location:Mirfield

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise CAD & Revit software to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of modular building components and structures.
• Work closely with the design team to translate concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure that designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and optimize construction processes.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD/Revit software, such as AutoCAD & Revit, with a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Revit modelling software to support modular design.
• Previous experience in modular construction or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards in the UK.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
