Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including alternate weekends)

Harry at Amber Mace is working with a great Healthcare client who are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to oversee the setup and management of two brand-new Supported Living homes in Surrey, providing exceptional care for individuals with Learning Disabilities.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager or a incredibly strong deputy with great leadership experience and report writing ability, looking to take that next step up in their career.

What You’ll Do
As the Service Manager, you will:

- Lead the establishment of two brand-new Supported Living homes, creating a nurturing and empowering environment for residents.
- Develop and implement all policies, processes, and systems to ensure the service operates smoothly and meets regulatory standards.
- Build and manage a dedicated team of support staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and aligned with the service's values.
- Forge strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders to secure referrals and support.
- Monitor and report on service performance, producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progress and outcomes.


To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven leadership experience in a Supported Living or Residential care setting, particularly with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and producing accurate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding care.
