Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Assist students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Support children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) as required.
- Prepare learning materials and assist with lesson planning.
- Supervise students during break times and extra-curricular activities.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient and supportive approach to helping students succeed.
- No prior experience required - full training will be provided.
- A willingness to work towards a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
