About Us: My client is a leading maintenacne company, committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented Repairs and Maintenance Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Repairs and Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment. You will work closely with maintenance staff, management, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and prioritise repair and maintenance tasks based on urgency and resource availability.
  • Communicate with maintenance staff to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and service requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and assist in planning projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist in tracking inventory and ordering necessary materials for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Excel skills would be desirable
  • Previous experience in scheduling, maintenance, or facility management preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
