Embark on an exciting adventure where you'll be at the forefront of building one of the most important markets for our client. As a Fleet Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting, deploying, rebalancing, and reparking vehicles. This includes performing battery swaps and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
? What awaits you:
- Efficiently collect and deploy vehicles to minimise wait times
- Find and collect scooters for retrieval to the warehouse
- Perform battery swaps on the streets
- Ensure vehicles are deployed safely and compliantly
- Execute rebalancing tasks to meet high-demand areas
- Maintain in-field quality and perform quick scooter fixes
- Perform ad-hoc tasks in the warehouse as required to support a busy period
?? What you'll need to succeed:
- UK full driving licence for at least 1 year with max 6 DVLA points (other criteria does also apply)
- In-depth knowledge of your city and driving experience
- Responsible team player and ability to work independently
- Motivation to share knowledge and collaborate with the team
- Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to navigate your city in a van under any condition
- Physical condition for carrying heavy loads
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends

- Hourly Pay! Day shift pay rate: £14.94, night shift pay rate: £16.13
