Part Time HR Administrator
25 hours per week, on weekdays. Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri (We can offer flexibility around hours/days). Flexibility over hours worked will be necessary at times to meet operational requirements.
Salary: Between 30,000pa - 35,000per annum, pro-rata.

THE ROLE
- Coordination and organisation of the recruitment process from recruitment request sign-off through to induction of new employee, including organisation of assessment centres, advertising, coordinating interviews, referencing, preparation of offer letters and contracts of employment and arranging pre-employment health checks and right to work checks.
- First point of contact for all HR queries. Answer and deal with day-to-day enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administration of HR processes for new starters and leavers.
- Maintain up to date policies in line with HR legislation.
- Maintenance of records within HR Software Pulse.
Person Specification
- HR Administrator/HR experience
HR legislation knowledge or supporting with ER cases, grievances or disciplinaries,
Recent work history min 2 years.
UK employment legislative knowledge, experience in accurate note taking and supporting in grievances and disciplinaries.
CIPD level 3 a bonus.
