As a Technical / Ops Administrator, you will:

  • Deal with incoming drawings issue, update revisions put on CTP- MTM - DOC -FRM -003
  • Interactions with Quality, customer service and Operations Department
  • E-mail update on revision changes to customer services
  • Office duties ie replenish milk and coffee for department
  • Covering reception when required for cover
  • Quality Control batch records assemble, new files and file away, manage location data of batch records and retrieve when requested
  • Arrange hotel bookings / payments when required
  • Technical Component drawing release and maintain archives issuing Engineering change notes
  • Updating holiday/sickness with department - keep record/log of holidays in file/ cross check against SAGE
  • File new and update component drawings issue and complete ECN's enter and maintain Q PULSE
  • Toolroom hours monitor from time sheets for Overtime submission
  • Keep stock of stationary and re order for Technical and QC
