We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage the electrical installations for an exciting residential and commercial development project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all electrical activities on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing clear direction and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Coordinate with the project management team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations, ensuring adherence to electrical codes and regulations.
- Monitor progress against the project timeline, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records, including work logs, materials used, and safety reports.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar role, with
- experience in both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact with clients.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
