Site Manager – Renewable Energy
Up to £70,000 plus benefits

MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Site Manager / Operations Manager / Plant Manager, to manage and optimise production output, maintenance and health and safety of a 24/7 process plant based in Mitcham, South London.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day to day operations ensuring production targets are hit and the delivery of KPIs
- Overall operating effectiveness and ensuring best practice for plant performance
- Leading, managing and developing a multi-skilled operations team
- Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.
- Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
- Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits
- Overseeing site project improvements and upgrades
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on a process plant
- People management and leadership skills
- Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, CHP, etc.)
- WAMITAB COTC (achieved or working towards)
- HNC / HND / City & Guilds Level 3 or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject

The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits including a discretionary annual bonus.
