Joining a phased residential project, the appointed Site Manager would be responsible for the envelop and external works associated to this c50 unit development. The role requires someone to build a rapport with, and drive the sub-contractors, manage the works and programme on their area and ensure H&S is at the require standards. You will be joining an existing management team looking to deliver this phase by November 25, in a view to moving to the next phase (2-year duration).
