Our client is a family run organisation, based in Mitcham in Surrey, specialising in the installation of sewer connections. With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, they offer a comprehensive service to commercial and domestic clients, in the connection of main foul and storm sewers, and also carry out full site drainage. Operating in London and the surrounding areas and undertake contracts ranging from £3k to £2m. We focus heavily on building loyalty with our clients.

We currently have an opening for a highly organised and motivated Compliance Administrator within our fast-growing company. Key responsibilities include obtaining sign-off for multiple projects ensuring external compliance with Thames Water, as well as internal compliance supporting several areas of the business (such as H&S, Procurement, Transport, Projects and company documentation). This includes monitoring expiry dates (plant/training/documents) and arranging renewal, as well as tracking and managing assets (plant/consumables) and arranging fulfilment. This individual will also provide project support (procurement/documents/record keeping) and assist with general company administration.

The individual will work within a small fast-paced team, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will work closely with all members of the office team (including the H&S Manager, Project Programme Manager, Finance Team, Contracts Manager, and Senior Team) as well as our site-based operatives. The role will involve liaising with Thames Water, suppliers, and speaking to clients.
