O'Neill and Brennan are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a £50 million education project.
The project consists of phases including £9 million for temporary accommodation and £30 million for the main building phases.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The salary ranges from £80,000 to £90,000, depending on the position, with additional benefits including a travel or car allowance, a 6% pension scheme, and healthcare.
The role will be based in West London after project completion, transitioning to pre-construction phases for future projects.

O'Neill and Brennan are workingwith a regional Main Contractor assisting them with a Senior Project Manager role for a 50m Education project.

The project is Split into phases of a 9m Temp accommodation then the rest are 20m & 10m main building phases
The project will be running for at least another 2 and a half years then will be moved onto another project ( could be Education or Life Sciences or Commercial ) ( Will be based in head office West Londonafter project completetionfor next project pre con phase)
There is a full site team already down there ( SM, SSM, Design and Planners) just need someone to act as the Lead.
Salary will be 80-85k for PM and 90K for a SPM
Package includes a Travel or Car Allowance , 6% pension Scheme for 6% , Healthcare , 25 Days AL + Christmas Eve
