Day-to-day of the role:- Manage incoming e-mails and telephone calls with professionalism.
- Handle photocopying, managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Greet clients warmly and direct them appropriately within the office.
- Type documents, maintain spreadsheets, and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
- Liaise with members of staff across various departments to support office coordination.
- Organise and file documents and computer-based information to maintain orderliness.
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong and clear communication skills.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
