Seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join a high-end and well-established dental practice close to Mitcham, London.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, mixed dental practice. With a strong existing patient list, modern equipment, and a supportive team, this role offers excellent earning potential and career development in a forward-thinking practice.

About the Position:
- 2-4 days per week – Monday to Thursday
- £12.50-£13 per UDA
- 45% private split
- Established patient list to inherit – strong oral health of patients
- 1,000 UDAs per annum per working day
- 1-2 Saturdays available if desired but not essential
- Strong private conversion due to the makeup of the practice and local affluence – Practice has around 40% private patients within their diary
About the Practice:
- Independent practice – full clinical freedom encouraged
- Mid-sized practice – all surgeries air-conditioned and with windows
- Team includes Nurses, Hygienists/Therapists and Treatment Coordinators
- Principal Dentist works in practice part time
- Dental software: System for Dentists
- Carestream & 3 Shape Trios Intraoral scanners, CBCT Scanner, Apex Locator, Rotary Endo, Electrosurgery, Digital X-rays and Belmont chairs
- Strong and supportive management team, including a proactive Practice Manager and Assistant PM
