Prospero Teaching is on the lookout for an experienced Behavioural Needs Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting KS3/4 pupils in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Mitcham, South London.

Position Overview

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Support: Help students engage with their learning.
  • Emotional Support: Foster a safe, supportive environment for emotional well-being.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning experiences.
  • Behaviour Management: Guide students in managing behaviour and achieving progress.
