What Does the Role Entail?
As the Director of Services, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing a range of services. You'll lead a dedicated team of five Project Service Managers to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards, including service delivery, safeguarding, data collection, and funder reporting. You will work alongside the CEO on strategic plans to grow the services and secure funding opportunities, collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to increase the visibility and impact, lead on best practices and quality assurance across the organisation, manage legal checks, and ensure all services meet safeguarding and compliance requirements. This is a full-time, office-based role in Hackbridge, with the potential for one day of remote working if needed.

What Skills Will You Have?
You will ideally have a background in people management, ideally in the charity, youth mental health, or social care sectors. Experience as a Senior House Manager in a care home or similar environment could also be a great fit. You'll have experience working with children and young people, as well as a proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, experience pitching and presenting to local authorities and funders, a strong commercial mindset to help grow the charity and build awareness, exceptional workload management skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, and a passion for supporting children and youth mental health services.

What Is On Offer?
In addition to the opportunity to lead and grow services that make a real impact, the client offers 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing service, a 4% employer pension contribution, and a supportive work environment where you'll work closely with the CEO and Operations Director. As the charity expands, there are also opportunities for salary review and professional growth.
