Are you a dedicated and experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for an exceptional Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive team and teach a small, split class of 13 students.

Role Overview:

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEND.
  • Manage a small class of 13 students, ensuring a nurturing and structured learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the wider school team to provide targeted interventions.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to support their development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience is a plus).
  • A strong understanding of SEND and experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • Availability to work 3 days a week.
