Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of additional learning needs, including autism and SEMH.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, carers, and staff.
  • Assist in lesson preparation and delivery, including therapeutic activities.
